What is exhibition flair?

Like the name already indicates :exhibition flair, or show flair, is mainly used for performance and entertainment purposes and contains more complex and longer rehearsed routines.
In exhibition flair, routines often contain multiple bottles and tins. Bottles are only filled with a small amount of liquid (15-30ml) to avoid spillage and to allow the flair bartender to perform his most spectacular tricks.
Because of the small amount of liquid that is used in the bottles the main purpose of exhibition flair lies in the entertainment factor rather than production of drinks.
At work, exhibition flair should be used for its advantage, to attract people into the bar and to fill slow periods during service.
It can also be seen at competitions where flair bartenders perform their most difficult tricks to battle it out against each other.
