What is working Flair?

When it comes to working flair the flair bartender usually works with half full to full bottles which represents the typical working circumstances in the bar.
It is a mix off show and effective production of cocktails with easy and quick movements that don't effect the speed of service and can be performed without any preparation of the bottles. Just screw off the lid and you are ready to flair.
Mainly used in working flair is glassware, one bottle, bottle and tin combinations or often 2 bottles. Bar tools such as bar spoons, strainers, or bar blades are found to be used very often in working flair. Garnishes like limes or cherries too.
In general working flair is less awe inspiring and also staff and customers come into less danger and equipment is less likely to be damaged. Drinks will also be prepared faster.
